PRfect Pitch Live Recap: Episode 3 – Ralina Shaw

Untitled design

Earlier this year, NRPR Group launched PRfect Pitch LIVE, a live spin-off of our industry radio show, PRfect Pitch Radio.

Fans of the show know that our goal with PRfect Pitch is to help PR and marketing pros step up their game when it comes to best practices. In gathering stories, tips, and advice from some of the best in the PR and media game, we aim to inspire others to pitch more responsibly for clients, think more creatively for brands, and understand how public relations, digital marketing, and social media should all work together for the benefit of our clients.

This month, we were thrilled to welcome Ralina Shaw, founder of Ralina Shaw Public Relations, to be our guest. Ralina and Nicole have a lot in common: they’re both major PR pros, they both founded their own public relations agencies in Los Angeles, and they’re both all around bosses in work and life. Needless to say, it was a fun show.

With tips on everything from starting your career off on the right foot to dealing with social media snafus and even taxes (yes… entrepreneurs MUST know what it takes to start their own business… including taxes, paperwork, and SO much more), this episode was filled to the brim with helpful tips and insight for aspiring PR pros.

PRfect Pitch LIVE streams live to NRPR Group’s Facebook page once a month. You can watch this particular episode on Facebook here (or on our YouTube channel)! Be sure to watch through the end, where Nicole and Ralina answer viewer questions live on air.
