NRPR Group Scores 2018 Hermes Creative Award – Platinum for PR Launch of World’s-First Wearable Headset for Weight Management Through Neuroscience

Hermes Creative Awards recognize the skills and technology of a new generation of marketing and communication professionals. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals ( ) judges the over 6,000 entries submitted internationally.

NRPR Group worked with client, Neurovalens, and its team in the U.K. to lead PR launch efforts for its first-ever consumer device: Modius, the world’s-first wearable headset aimed at helping people get lean and manage weight through neuroscience. Modius aims to end obesity by sending a signal to the part of the brain that controls fat storage. This naturally causes a shift in your metabolism to burn fat, resulting in weight loss.

In addition to pitching the news and offering devices to editors, NRPR also developed a live POWER panel of respected experts from the health, fitness, and wellness industries, including Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Heal, Dr. Renee Dua; CEO and Co-Founder of Impact Theory, Tom Bilyeu; celebrity doctor and well-known personality, Dr. Drew; celebrity trainer and fitness expert, Craig Ramsay; as well as CEO and founder of Neurovalens, the parent company behind Modius, Dr. Jason McKeown. Through the combination of worldwide press coverage in broadcast, online and print media; leveraging social media and the Modius user community to share PR wins with, Modius’ digital marketing tools, and using influencers and engagement for press and social visibility opportunities, NRPR was able to be an instrumental player in garnernering worldwide attention for Modius to build product buzz that resulted in massive revenue for Neurovalens.
